Online delivery

At present the terms of Lotus Computer online delivery in Mymensingh and outside Mymensingh are as follows

Products will not be delivered in the lockdown area of Mymensingh city.
Delivery charge / courier charge is applicable for online delivery.
The order has to be confirmed by developing the full amount of the order, bank transfer or advance payment through card. The product will be delivered through courier service and the entire courier charge will be borne by the buyer.
Currently, online order delivery can take 2 to 5 days or more.
The buyer has to pay within 3 days after receiving the payment confirmation SMS. Payment after this may result in depletion of product stock or change in price. If the ordered product is not in stock, the product will be changed or the price will be refunded with the consent of the buyer.
At present, the delivery has been temporarily stopped at certain flats inside the building to prevent corona infection. The buyer must receive the product from the main gate of the building.
