The EOS C300 Mark III comes with a 4K Super 35mm image sensor. It originates 4K DCI (4096 x 2160) or the alternative 4K UHD (3840 x 2160). The Super 35mm CMOS image sensor was specially developed by Canon to offer an important extension to dynamic range. The DGO Sensor is a newly developed imaging system that generates a high dynamic range and maintains low noise levels by reading out each pixel with different gains. It delivers an exceptional high-resolution image with 16+ stops of latitude. It also features an impressive low light capability of up to ISO 102, 400 where the human eye cannot easily see. It supports continuous 4K recording at up to 120fps, in both Cinema RAW Light and XF-AVC. In 2K (crop) mode, frame rates from 12 fps up to 180 fps can also be set for greater creative freedom. It supports 5-axis camera shake correction. Approx. 1,750g lightweight body enables it to be comfortably rigged with gimbals and hand-held rigs, making it ideal for various shooting conditions.
