The CORSAIR iCUE SP120 RGB PRO Performance Fan Kit hosts 8 individually addressable RGB LEDs on each fan. So it can be a good choice for the cooling you need and the visuals for impression. You can create amazing RGB lighting effects with these 24 RGB LEDs. These fans have hydraulic Bearings. These fans are equipped with translucent 120mm fan blades; which provides high airflow and static pressure while letting your RGB lighting shine through. The biggest downside is no PWM control. But these fans are compatible with CORSAIR iCUE software and Adaptive Sync RGB.
